PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Major credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and checks are accepted. Payment is due at each appointment unless prior arrangements are made.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
NeuroFortify is currently in-network and accepting the following insurance if you reside in the states of Washington or Oregon:
Aetna
Cigna
Oxford Health
United Behavioral Health
United Healthcare
Oscar Health
NeuroFortify is not currently in-network with any Idaho insurance companies. If you reside in these states private pay will be necessary.
WHAT TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
In order to determine if your insurance company will reimburse you for seeing an out-of-network provider, ask the following questions:

Does my plan cover outpatient therapy with out-of-network Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors?

Does my plan cover remote therapy via video or telephone sessions?

Is there a limit on how much my plan covers for an out-of-network provider?

How/where do I send in the superbill my therapist gives me each month so I receive reimbursement or have the amount I paid applied to my out-of-network deductible?
